Stir-fried Japanese rice with chicken, prawns, beef, egg, peas, mushrooms, shiitake mushroom, sweetcorn, and red peppers. Garnished with daikon pickles and sesame seeds. A side of miso soup is included.

Stir-fried egg wheat noodles with chicken, beef, prawns and seasonal vegetables, garnished with red daikon pickles and sesame seeds.

Chicken Teriyaki
Stir-fried seasonal vegetables with grilled fresh chicken fillet served with teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds and a bowl of steamed rice.

Tatsuta Chicken
Chicken marinated in ginger and soy sauce and deep-fried with a bed of mixed vegetables served with teriyaki sauce and bowl of steamed rice.

Seafood Ramen
Ramen noodles in home-made fish stock with wok-fried salmon, tuna, prawn, squid and vegetables garnished with seaweed, narutomaki and shiitake mushroom.
